| Delivery Lead-time |
Normally, around 1-4 weeks delivery is
needed for machines, accessories and spare parts, except
non-standard item. It depends on production schedules
and situation for the production.

| Minimum Order Quantity |
Minimum order quantity counts by basic
packing unit. Machines are in set as unit.

| |
| Warranty Period |
First one year warranty will be provided
for all new sold machines; but it does not include on-site
service. Our machines are modular design that can repair
by swapping module (free spare parts will be provided
for not-consumable parts, e.g. roller, or not caused by
improper use, when under warranty period).

| Maintenance |
All machines must be placed indoor, and
cannot be under high temperature working environment.
Air-conditioned set up would be favoured.

| Initial Machine Startup
Installation |
| For new purchase of medium size
or more complicated machines such as DSM-6800, CS-600... We
can provide initial installation in free of charge exclude
transportation and accommodation expenses, e.g. 2 ways air
tickets (departs from Hong Kong), hotel... |

| Machine Repairing |
We can provide on-site service
for machine repairing and/or checking by quoting man-day
charging unit. Normally, transportation and accommodation
are not included on quotation.

| Technology Support |
| For any technical problem, we
will discuss with customers to investigate their problem and
finding solution. We can quote price separately for technical
support, spare parts and service. |
